documentary is stepping into the video game realm with his endorsement of
the “Scratch: The Ultimate DJ” gaming system.

The video game is set to be released in May of 2010 andQD3 recently spoke
with HipHopWired about what makes this game different from its previously
released competition.

Scratch: The Ultimate DJ—AKA DJ Hero Killer?

When DJ Hero was released last year, some people found the DJ-ing experience
to be a bit too corny for their tastes. In steps Numark - makers of premiere DJ
equipment - with Scratch: The Ultimate DJ. Unlike DJ Hero, Scratch offers a more
“authentic DJ experience” as the deck is a replica of a real Numark deck and you
score points in the game by using real life DJ moves, such as the hamster scratch,
rather than push buttons as the come on the screen in a “Simon Says” type of manner.
